Law School Audiovisual Support Request Form

Note:

All requests for media equipment or assistance during usual Law School Audiovisual Department hours, Monday through Friday, must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All requests for equipment or assistance during Media Department hours on Saturday must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
All requests for any equipment or assistance outside of usual media department hours (including Sundays and holidays) must be made at least 15 days in advance of the event, and are subject to staffing availability.
